Terms And Conditions
General Terms and Conditions:
1. Food and beverages are prohibited in the premises, except for water.
2. Students must arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled classes to allow for uniform adjustments and other necessary preparations.
3. Free trial classes for group activities are available for the duration of the lesson, up to a maximum of 60 minutes.
4. Free trial classes for individual sessions are limited to 15 minutes.
5. Students participating in concerts or competitions must attend all scheduled rehearsal sessions.
Payments and Discounts:
All classes must be prepaid before participation at least one day before the first class of each package. Harmony Ballet and Music Classes reserves the right to not accept children for classes in case any overdue amount remains.
Packages are available for 1 month or Termly.
Discounts on packages and class freezing terms are as follows:
· Monthly (1 month): No discount, with 1 week of freezing allowed for health reasons only conditional on medical certificate to be presented.
· Quarterly (3 months): 10% discount, with an additional 1 week of freezing.
Fees for competitions shall be paid in full at least one day before the deadline as set by the competition organizer. In the event of late payment the student will not be accepted for the competition.
Cancellation Policy:
Individual Lessons
1. Cancellations made at least 4 hours in advance may be rescheduled for a make-up lesson.
2. Cancellations or no-shows within 4 hours will be charged in full.
Group Lessons
1. Full fees are charged for absences.
2. If a student is absent for three consecutive lessons without a valid reason and parents cannot be contacted, the allocated slot may be reassigned, and no compensation will be given for unused classes.
3. In cases of force majeure events, acts of God, natural disasters, floods, teacher absence, or any other unforeseen circumstances that prevent students from attending in-person classes and make online solutions unavailable, make-up classes will be scheduled for a later date.
4. Make-up sessions can only be arranged when the package is active.
5. Freezing of classes may be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Under emergency circumstances it may be accepted to receive a request 2 hours in advance, with the requests for class freezing coming less than 2 hours in advance shall not be approved.
Other Terms:
1. It is mandatory to wear Harmony-branded leotards, while white ballet tights and ballet shoes can be purchased either from Harmony Ballet and Music Centre or elsewhere.
2. Leotards and tights must be laundered after each lesson.
3. A proper hair bun must be worn for all ballet classes; loose hair is not allowed.
4. Sports shoes and comfortable sportswear are required for Modern Dance lessons.
Safety and Liability
Waiver: By participating in activities at Harmony Ballet and Music Centre, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical activities and agree to waive any claims against the Centre for injuries, damages, or losses.
Medical Conditions: Participants must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect their ability to participate.
Supervision: The Centre is not responsible for supervising children outside of class times. Parents/guardians must ensure timely drop-off and pick-up.
Privacy The Centre respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable laws. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your information for operational purposes.
Photography and Media The Centre may take photos or videos during classes or events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such materials, please notify us in writing.
Changes to Terms The Centre reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants via email or our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
Intellectual Property All materials, choreography, and music used in classes are the property of the Centre or its instructors. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials without prior written consent.
